What a fun evening at the Rock Church in Maddur India. First we were greeted in the village with songs and drums that escorted us to the church. Sister Rachel Komanapalli and I were asked to be a part of their dedication by cutting the ribbon and flipping the switch for the cross on top of their building. Beautiful dancers along with children presenting their songs added special excitement singing songs that Sister Rachel wrote. The Anna’s Gate reindeer sang joy to the world along with head motions…lol. Sister Rachel spoke on God’s Love and I followed her with that’s what Christmas is all about! Cutting the cake is part of the ceremony too…yum! Dinner was prepared for us and the evening was ended by blessing the leaders in a private gathering. GOD IS AMAZING!!!
Making Bishop ErnestandRachel Komanapalli smile with our reindeer hats! Pushpa Rana, Diane Lykes Purdes, Kathy Skiles and I make up the Anna’s Gate team!
The service in Kismathpur was wonderful! I taught the prayer strategies of Nehemiah chapter 1. My stories made Sister Rachel Komanapalli laugh.Kathy SkilesSkiles sang beautifully. Pushpa Rana and Diane Lykes Purdessat in the audience agreeing in prayer! Afterwards we visited the dining room with hundreds of children ready for their lunch. I taught them my famous “CarolMarie” whistle. What joy…love it all!
Tonight 4 of us widows met to pray over the things we feel God wants to accomplish on this trip. It must be birthed in prayer! Please agree also with healing and strength for Bishop ErnestandRachel Komanapalli
